Dartford Town Centre Regeneration
Dartford Town Centre will be experiencing revitalisation with the proposed redevelopment of Lowfield Street area. Planning approval is being sought that will include a Tesco 'Extra' Plc and a newly created Market Square incorporating shops, restaurants, cafes, bars and apartments.
There are also regeneration plans for the Northern and Eastern Gateways to the town and to create a Theatre Quarter to enhance the cultural offering.
