Crossways Business Park
The 128 ha (315 acre) award winning business park is the largest mixed use business park on the M25. Adjacent to Junction 1a of the M25, Crossways benefits from easy access to the national motorway network. Over 5,000 jobs have been created to date. Crossways has a range of occupiers including Mazda, Remel, Boots, Next, John Lewis together with three hotels, a pub and day nursery with an adjoining ASDA foodstore, petrol station, pharmacy, opticians and cashpoints. There is only one further phase of distribution / production units planned with potential for up to c.150,000 sq ft. Specatular high quality offices of 68,000 sqft are available with the potential for a further c.500,000 sq ft. It is anticipated that the business park will be fully developed by 2008.
