An architectural journey from past to present
Within Waterstone Park, individual areas have been given their own character and distinct style. The first release of homes, at the north of the development, are high above the estuary and closer to existing buildings. This phase reflects the established architectural vernacular of the local area, with internal spaces designed to suit modern lifestyles, but with a traditional external appearance.
As you move to the south of the development, you are taken on an architectural journey from past to present. The second phase of homes is overtly modern in look and feel: they are fresh and bright, with strong lines and bold colour. The warm, traditional materials, as well as the proportions and layouts, remain consistent throughout Waterstone Park, creating a development of harmonious yet contrasting homes.
